Our thesis

Every opportunity we bring to the table has been evaluated against a consistent framework: Is the market shift structural or cyclical? Is the company's position defensible against well-capitalized competition? Is the entry point justified by fundamentals, not narrative? Is the path to liquidity realistic within a defined time frame?
